不弯曲钻铤的室内试验及现场试验的效果分析

ANALYSIS ON LAB AND ON-SITE TESTING RESULTS FOR UNBENDING DRILL COLLAR

  • 摘要: 长庆油田研制的不弯曲钻铤,其特殊的结构使钻压传递经过压力-液压力-拉力-压力的转换,只要钻压不超过钻铤的屈眼值,钻铤就不会发生失稳弯曲。经现场5口井试验表明,不弯曲钻铤能够起到增大下部钻具组合刚度,控制直井段井斜的作用;在防斜效果不变的情况下,可采用较大钻压钻进,大大提高了直井段的机械钻速。文中介绍了不弯曲钻铤的原理、结构、室内试验结果和现场试验情况。

     

    Abstract: The unbending drill collar developed in Changqing Oilfield, with WOB transferring process of pressure-hydraulic pressure-tension-pressure given by its special structure, would not be crooked, unless the WOB is greater than the collar’s yield. The on-site tests of 5 wells showed that the stiffness of lower drill pipe assembly was increased to control deviation in the straight hole. At the same deviation, the big WOB can be applied to increase the penetration rate in the straight hole. The paper presents the principle, structure, lab and on-site testing results.
