铜柱测压在高能气体压裂技术中的应用

摘要: 合理控制和设计峰值压力是高能气体压裂技术在油井使用的前提条件,准确地测试峰值压力是该技术研究的首要工作。铜柱测压不同于P-t测试仪,以结构简单、方便直观被广泛用于高能气体压裂中测定峰值压力。设计的新型铜柱测压器--超高压水油不浸入测压器,具有可靠的密封装置,保证铜柱的正规压缩,获得的测压值成功率高、准确度高,且成本低廉,对影响峰值压力的因素进行了分析,提出了对测压数值的处理方法及应注意的问题,以提高峰值压力的准确性,并对新型铜柱测压器应用结果进行了分析,其测压数值是可信的,为该技术的研究提供了重要参数依据。

Abstract: The prerequisite of frcaturing formation with high energy gas is to reasonably design and control the peak pressure. Different from P-t testing instrument, the copper column measuring pressure device, with the characteristics of simple,visual and so on, is used extensively to measure the peak pressure when fracturing formation with high energy gas. The newly designed copper column measuring pressure device is sealed reliably,and thus ensures the proper compressing of the copper column. Therefore,means of it,peak pressure can be measured more successfully and accurately. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the peak pressure,presents the disposal method to the measured pressure and the problems need to note. This paper also analyzes the application result of the new type copper column measuring pressure device,and concludes that the measured pressure is believable.
