我国滩海地区应加快发展大位移井钻井技术

THE DEVELOPMENT OF EXTENDED REACH DRILLING TECHNOLOGY SHOULD BE ACCELERATED IN BEACH AREAS IN CHINA

  • 摘要: 介绍了六位移井的定义、用途,大位移井用于海上、滩海等地区,可节省建人工岛、修堤等费用。大位移井在美国加利福尼亚、欧洲北海等地效果显著。介绍了大位移井的关键技术:减少扭力与阻力、设计抗高扭矩的钻柱、保持井眼稳定与井眼净化、下套管与减少套管磨损等。着重强调,滩海地区应尽快采用大位移井钻并技术,以加快我国滩海地区的勘探开发速度。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced the definition, use and case history of extended reach drilling(ERD). ERD technology used in offshore and beach areas can save money for building artificial islands and barriers. It had obvious effectiveness in California of America, the North Sea of Europe and so on. The key technology of ERD include:reduce torque force and resistance, design the drilling stem with anti-high moment of torque, keep well bore stabilize and clean, reduce casing wear and so on. This paper emphasized that ERD technology should be used in beach areas as soon as possible to accelerate the exploration and development in China.
