纯化油田酸化技术研究及应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF ACIDIZING TECHNIQUE IN CHUNHUA OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 为进一步提高纯化油田的酸化效果,降低成本,增加效益,针对纯化油田的储层特征和流体特征,系统地将油田目前所用的酸液及各种添加剂进行了试验研究、分析对比、筛选评价,从而优选出了适合纯化油田的各种添加剂及酸化用液:酸化稳定剂DTE或ZJH-03、缓蚀剂KH-91或LG-Ⅱ、互溶剂SCH-1;预处理酸液:12%~15%HCl+0.5%NTS+2%LG-Ⅱ+2%ZJH-03;主体酸液:25%有机酸(FAC)+4%~5%SCH-1,现场应用后,取得了令人满意的效果,投入产出比为1:6.2,获得了显著的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: This paper aimed to further improve the acidizing effect in Chunhua oilfield,lower the cost and increase economic benefit. The laboratory study, comparative analysis and evaluation of acidic fluid and various additives which are currently used in Chunhua oilfield were conducted systematically in view of reservoir and flow characteristics of the oilfield. So various additives and acidic fluid which applied to the oilfield were optimized:acidic stabilizer DTE or ZJH-03, corrosion inhibitor KH-91 or LG-Ⅱ, mutual solvent SCH-1;pretreatment acidic fluid:12%~15%HCl+0. 5%NTS +2%LG-Ⅱ+2%ZJH-03; host acidic f1uid:25%organic acid(FAC) +4%~5%SCH-1. The field application showed satisfactory results with 1:6. 2 input-output ratio and obvious economic benefit.
