小井眼固井工艺及效益初探

PRIMARY ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF SLIM HOLE CEMENTING

  • 摘要: 辽河科尔康油田属低压、低渗、低产油田,井深1000~2200m。过去二开用φ215mm钻头,下φ139.7mm全管,注水泥浆25~35m3.固井用水泥车7台、灰罐车4~5台。现改用φ165mm钻头,下φ127mm套管。由于属小井眼,给固井带来许多困难。但通过套管扶正器的合理加放,运用流变学注水泥设计结果及对有关参数的选择与修改和优选水泥外加剂配方等,经7口井试验,固井质量合格,初步解决了小井眼固井技术难题。但由于小井眼钻井完井技术刚起步,设备、工具不配套,还只是在管材、水泥及外加剂、套管附件消耗和施工动用车辆等比常规井眼有所减少。

     

    Abstract: Kelcon reservoir is a low pressure, low permeability and less potential reservolr in Liaohe oilfield. The wells overthere were usually of 1, 000~2, 200 m deep drilled with φ215 mm bit and cased with φ139.7 mm casing. Their cementing was conducted ordinarily with seven cementing aggregates and four to five cement tank trucks. Today the drilling technology is changing to slim hole drilling with φ165 mm bit and φ127 mm casing and some cementing difficulties were encountered. By means of proper cementing rheology design, adjustment of location of casing centralizers, optimization of cementing engineering parameters selection of chemical additives and improving cement slurry recipe, the difficulties of cementing this kind of slim holes were smoothened and cementing job can be done with less expenses on casing, cement, chemical additives, cementing auxiliaries and number of cementing aggregates engaged.
