川东储层保护的钻井完井液技术

DRILLING AND COMPLETION FLUIDS TECHNOLOGY FOR RESERVOIR PROTECTION IN EAST SICHUANG

  • 摘要: 针对四川气田主力产气层石炭系裂缝-孔隙型储集层的地质特点和钻井液对储集层的伤害机理,分析了高密度钻井液对储集层的潜在伤害,提出了保护储集层对钻井、完井液的要求。利用屏蔽暂堵技术与减轻水锁方法,优选组配出保护石炭系裂缝-孔隙型储集层的钻井、完井液配方。经11口井现场应用证明,酸化解堵后总产气量是酸化前的3.61倍,增产效果显著。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the geological characters of Carboniferous system fracture-pore type reservoir that is main gas pay zone in Sichuang gas field and damage mechanism of mud to reservoir, it was analyzed that high mud weight cause the potential damage to pay zone. The measurement is made for drilling and completion fluids to protect reservoir from damage. The drilling and completion fluid are optimized by means of shielding and temporary blocking technic to protect pay zone. Through 11 well’s application on site,it shows that total gas production increase 3. 6 times than one before acid treatment.
