OPIMUM ENERGY-SAVING CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IN PUMP STATION

  • 摘要: 风机、水泵类负荷占我国工业用电的一半,而此类负荷的耗电功率与风机、水泵的实际负荷成立方关系,因此,采用电机调速和泵站机组的合理投入方法,可为泵站节约电能,带来效益。本文根据泵的机械特性,提出泵站节能运行方案和泵速最优节能控制算法,并给出了闭环控制示意图。

     

    Abstract: The load of fan and water pump accounts for more than half of industrial power consumption in China. The power consumption of fan and water pump is in direct proportion with cubic of the practical load. Therefore,applying variable speed motor and suitable pump station units may save electrical energy,and then produce tremendous economic benefit. This paper discusses the mechanical performance of pump,develops the operating scheme of energy-saving of pump units and computation method of optimum pump speed,and presents the closed-loop control chart.
