利用常规井下工具进行快速试油工艺

THE RAPID PRODUCTION TESTING TECHNOLOGY USING CONVENTIONAL DOWNHOLE TOOLS

  • 摘要: 为了改变目前江苏油田的试油现状,进一步降低成本,缩短周期,提高经济效益,江苏油田试采二厂从1992年4月开始,对常规试油工艺进行了研究与改造。根据新井井况的不同,设计了两种三套较为实用的快速试油装置。此装置由测压简、封隔器、筛管、单流阀、憋压式泄油器等几部分组成。具有性能可靠、适用性强、施工方便等特点。经现场7层的试验,成功率93%,并解决了在洗井(或排液)时井筒液体进入油层的问题,达到了预期效果。本文介绍了快速试油装置的结构、工作原理及试验情况,并对该装置的进一步改进提出了意见。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the current situation of tesing technology,To reduce further costs,to shorten the period,and to increase the economic benefits,the conventional production testing technology has been reformed since the April,1992 in the 2th Production Department of Jiangsu Oilfield.According to the different well conditions,two kind(three sets) of practical units are designed for rapid production test,which consist of the piezometric tube,packer,screen pipe,uniflow valve,pressurizing drip etc.,whose advantages are reliable Performance,strong applicability and easy to operate and so on.The success rate of 93 Percent is obtained in the field tests of 7 layers,the problem that the wellbore fluids entry the oil bed is resolved and the expected results are reached.This paper introduces the structure,theory and testing results of the said units,and gives suggestions for the improvement.
