渤中19-6尾管固井质量提升措施

Technologies to improve the quality of liner cementing in BZ19-6 Block

  • 摘要: 渤中19-6区块尾管固井存在固井质量优质率不高,钻井过程中多次发生井漏的情况。针对渤中19-6尾管固井质量情况,分析了影响尾管固井质量的因素,提出了改善尾管固井质量的技术方法,并进行了现场应用。影响渤中19-6尾管固井质量的原因主要是井漏、前置液冲洗效率低、气层活跃。针对上述问题,提出了前置液和水泥浆体系设计形成固井防漏堵漏技术、优化水泥浆配方提升水泥浆体系防窜性能、优化前置液配方改善井眼清洁能力3个方面系统提升尾管固井质量。现场应用结果表明该技术方法可以显著提高该区块尾管固井质量优质率,成功解决尾管固井过程中气窜与漏失风险并存造成的固井质量差难题。

     

    Abstract: The high-quality rate of liner cementing in BZ19-6 Block is not high, and circulation loss occurs frequently in the process of drilling.To solve this problem, the factors affecting the quality of liner cementing were analyzed.Then, some technical measures to improve the cementing quality were put forward and applied in field.It is indicated that the main factors affecting the quality of liner cementing in BZ19-6 Block are circulation loss, low flushing efficiency of prepad fluid and active gas reservoir.In view of these problems, it was proposed to improve the quality of liner cementing from three aspects, i.e., designing prepad fluid and slurry system to develop cementing leakage prevention and plugging technology, optimizing slurry formula to enhance the channeling prevention performance of slurry system, and optimizing prepad formula to improve the hole cleaning ability.The results of field application show that by virtue of this technology, the high-quality rate of liner cementing in this block is improved significantly and the poor cementing quality caused by the coexistence of gas channeling and leakage risk in the process of liner cementing is solved successfully.
