  • 摘要: 导致复杂结构井固井质量差的重要??因之一是在倾斜和水平井段存在岩屑床。分析了复杂结构井岩屑床形成的??因和目前现场主要采取的清除方法,研制了可以实现主动清除岩屑床的特殊井下工具——岩屑床清除工具,介绍了其结构及工作??理,并通过流体力学仿真模拟验证了该工具主动清除岩屑床的机理,阐述了在胜利油田CB26A-7井的试验情况。该研究对提高复杂结构井固井质量有较好的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The existance of cuttings bed in slant and horizontal hole sections is one of the important causes of poor cementing of complex structural wells. The causes of cuttings bed formation and the main clearge methods currently adopted in the field are analyzed . Downhole tools specially used for actively removing cuttings bed are developed, the structure and operating princples of the tools are studied. Through fluid mechanis simulation, the active cuttings bed removing mechanism of the tool is verified. Test of the tool in CB26A-7 well in Shengli Oilfield is introducd. The research has directive significance for improving cementing quality of complex structural wells.
