Influence of convex structure on drilling riser construction

  • 摘要: 随着单筒三井技术在国内海上油田开发中的成功应用,这项技术越来越广泛的应用于海洋石油开发领域。针对单筒三井技术中外筒插接结构对内部套管管柱施工的影响进行了研究,建立了内部管柱下入过程的力学分析模型,给出了在满足内部管柱顺利下入情况下、外筒接桩台肩厚度限制条件的计算方法。通过实例分析验证,该研究结果对海上钻井施工具有较好的指导意义,可进一步推广应用。

     

    Abstract: With the successful application of three-in-one technology in the domestic offshore oil field, This style technology will become more and more widely used in offshore oil development. This paper has studied the drilling riser construction under the influence of convex structure. A mechanical model for inner riser construction has been established. The method of solving restrictive thickness of the convex structure has been got. Examples are analyzed to verify the theory, and the results of the projects has a certain value in the application.
