  • 摘要: 大港油田以西H3 井为代表的水平井受地面村庄、水库等特殊地貌限制,钻井井眼轨迹设计多为浅造斜(300 m)、大斜度,受举升工艺适应性限制,所属油田区块处于未动用阶段。为了实现浅造斜大斜度井的有效举升,对常规潜油电泵允许通过的井眼轨迹进行计算,并以西H3 井为例对比分析得出结论,常规电泵难以满足该井生产需要。引进应用斜井电泵,详细介绍了斜井电泵在机组易弯曲部件、大小扁电缆保护器、电机保护器等部位进行的技术改进,通过现场应用取得良好效果,为大港油田陆地自营区浅造斜大斜度井举升提供了有效技术手段,使一些受地表环境限制无法动用的储量区块得到开发动用。

     

    Abstract: For the sake of special surface features such as villages and ponds, some horizontal wells just like XiH3 in Dagangoilfield have to be drilled with shallow deflecting( 300 m) and highly deviated holes. Due to the limitation of lifting techniques,correlated blocks are not developed yet. In order to solve this problem, this paper calculates the well trajectory that conventionalelectric submersible pump( ESP) can be laid down. XiH3 is taken as an example to be analyzed and compared, and a conclusionis drawn that conventional ESP can’t satisfy the production need. So we introduced an inclined-shaft ESP, with emphasis on theimprovement of unit parts prone to bend and protector of flat cable and electrical motor. Field application achieved a good result. Thenew technology provides an effective method for the lifting of shallow deflecting highly deviated wells in Dagang land oil filed anddeveloping the reservoir blocks which are difficult to exploit earlier for the reason of surface environment.
