大位移井钻柱优化设计方法及应用

Optimization design methods of drilling strings in extended reach wells

  • 摘要: 钻柱设计是否合理是钻井能否成功的关键技术之一,在大位移井中其作用显得尤为重要。在前人研究的基础上,在综合考虑了大位移井钻井操作参数、井眼轨迹状态等实际因素的影响上,结合钻柱整体和各组件自身力学特性,对钻柱整体和部分分别进行优化设计分析,形成了大位移井钻柱分段组合、整体优化的设计方法,并结合南海流花油田A4ERW3 大位移井进行实例分析,结果吻合良好。实践证明该方法有益于指导其他大位移井钻柱的优化设计。

     

    Abstract: Rational drilling string is critical to successful drilling, especially in the extend reach well. In this paper, based on previousresearch, the drilling operation parameter and the hole trajectory of extended reach wells are taken into account comprehensively.Combined with the mechanical properties of the whole drilling string and its subassemblies, optimal design analysis is conducted on thewhole string and its subassemblies respectively. The optimization design method of drilling strings in extended reach wells is developed.A case study is made on the extend reach well A4 ERW3 in the Liuhua Oilfield in South China Sea, and the result is better coincided withthe test result. It is proved that the new method is of great significance to the optimal design of strings in other extended reach wells.
