  • 摘要: 白云6-1-1 井位于南海东部海域,水深1036 m,是国内第2 口超千米水深的深水预探井。针对深水钻井的特点,在该井采用了相应的井身结构及套管程序、钻具组合、主要作业程序和工艺措施等,有效地解决了深海环境和作业风险的挑战,提高了作业效率。白云6-1-1 井深水钻井技术的成功完钻必将对今后国内深水钻井作业产生积极的影响,同时对国内钻井技术的发展有一定的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: Baiyun (BY) 6-1-1 well is in the east of South China Sea and its water depth is 1036m. It the second well in China,with the water depth more than one thousand meters. The well structure and casing program, the bottomhole assembly (BHA), majoroperating procedures and techniques are used to the deep drilling operation of BY6-1-1 well, solving the problems caused by deep waterdrilling and improving drilling efficiency. The success will exert great effect on deep water drilling in China in the future, and also maybe a good reference to the development of drilling techniques in the country.
