沾18-支平1鱼骨状水平井钻井技术

  • 摘要: 胜利油田拥有丰富的浅层稠油资源,稠油油藏埋深较浅、地层松软,大部分区块埋深在800~1200 m左右。稠油油藏一般有地层敏感性强、供液差、产能低和下降快等特点,多年来在钻井等方面采取了多种工艺措施,如定向井、水平井等,均未取得很好的开采效果。鱼骨状水平井技术是提高油藏采收率的钻井新技术,但在稠油热采油藏中应用却面临一些特定的技术难题。对鱼骨状水平井技术在稠油热采井中应用的主要技术难题进行了分析,结合胜利油田第1口稠油热采井——沾18-支平1井的现场实践,详细介绍了鱼骨状水平井钻井技术的应用情况,为今后在稠油热采区块推广应用提供了依据,也为技术配套成熟并推广应用提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: There are abundant shallow heavy oil resources in Shengli Oilfield. Heavy oil reservoirs in the oilfield have soft formation and shallow burial depth which ranges from 800 m to 1200 m in most blocks. Generally they feature in sensitive formation, poor liquid supplying capacity, low production capacity and quickly-declined production. No good development results have been obtained, although multiple drilling technologies have been applied in the past years, such as directional well technologies and horizontal well technologies. Fishbone horizontal well technology is newly developed to enhance oil recovery. But it is difficult to be applied in heavy oil reservoir, owing to some special technical problems. Through introducing the field application of Zhan18-ZP1, the first heavy oil thermal recovery well in the oilfield, some technical problems of the fishbone horizontal well technology in heavy oil reservoir are analyzed, which may bee good reference to the popularization and application in heavy oil thermal recovery blocks in the future.
