机采井供排协调控制技术在华北油田的应用

Application of control technology of supply-discharge coordination for mechanical recovery wells in Huabei Oilfield

  • 摘要: 为了实现抽油机井或螺杆泵井的生产优化控制,确定了以合理沉没度为控制目标,通过油井示功图和动液面的自动监测和跟踪,进行实时监测的思路。结合单井远程监控技术,研发出机采井供排协调控制技术,通过建立的供排协调控制模型及监控程序,采用GPRS移动通讯技术,实现了油井动液面实时监测、泵况诊断,并对机采系统自动进行适时调参。现场应用表明,该技术实现了油井举升系统的供排协调生产,使油井始终维持在合理沉没度状态下生产,达到了高效生产、节能降耗的目的,为油田科学采油提供了一种切实可行的闭环自动控制技术手段,满足了采油生产过程和数字化油田对自动化控制的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve production optimization control for pumping wells and screw pump wells, a real-time monitoring clue is determined. This clue takes reasonable submergence depth as control target and monitors dynamometer card and working fluid level automatically. Combing with remote monitor technology for single wells, we developed a supply-discharge coordinated control technology. By developing a control model and monitor program, and adopting GPRS mobile communication, this technology has realized the real-time monitoring of working fluid level and pump diagnosis. Field application shows that this technology has achieved supply-discharge coordinated production of oil well lifting system and the goal of efficient production and energy-saving. It provides a technical means of closed-loop automatic control for oilfield scientific production and satisfies the needs of automatic control for production procedure and digital oilfield.
