吐哈油田鲁2块油藏深部调剖技术

Deep profile control technology research on Lu Block 2 of Turpan-Hami Oilfield

  • 摘要: 鲁2块油藏原油黏度高、油藏厚度大、渗透率高,采用注水开发,注入水与原油流度比大,水窜严重,严重影响注水开发效果,为此,开展了深部调剖技术研究。针对鲁2块油藏特征及注水开发现状,研制出了LPM泡?凝胶调剖剂,并对其基本性能进行了测试,利用该调剖剂进行了室内深部调剖模拟实验和提高采收率模拟实验。实验结果表明,该调剖剂可在地层发泡(体积可增大3~4倍),并被推向地层深部形成稳定的、高强度的泡?凝胶,可起到深部调剖的作用。该调剖剂适合在类似于鲁2块油藏这样的油层厚度大、渗透率高的油藏进行深部调剖作业。

     

    Abstract: Lu 2 Block features in high viscosity, great thickness and high permeability. Waterflooding development is adopted in the block. But the water swept area is little, due to the high mobility ratio between injected water and crude oil, high waterline movement velocity, and severe water channeling. As a result, the waterflooding development is influenced considerably. To solve the problem, frothy gel profile control agent is developed, of which the formulation and properties are studied. The profile control agent is used to conduct the deep profile control simulating test and the EOR simulating test in the lab. Test results show that the agent can be frothed in the strata, with the volume three or four times bigger. It can also be forced to the deep strata to form stable and high strength frothy gel, so as to control the profile in deep strata. The agent is suitable to the deep profile control in oil reservoirs with great oil thickness and high permeability, such the Lu 2 Block.
