聚合物弹性微球乳液调驱实验研究

Experimental study on profile control and flooding with polymer elastic microsphere emulsion

  • 摘要: 针对大多数油田存在非均质性严重、调剖效果不理想的状况,中科院理化所研制了一种暂命名为“聚合物弹性微球乳液”的新型调剖驱油剂。对这种新型用剂进行了3种岩心实验模拟研究:人造短岩心实验表明,在多孔介质中这种新型乳液具有良好的封堵性能和稳定性;人造长岩心实验表明,该调驱剂在多孔介质中呈现出良好的黏弹性和拉伸性,能够起到深部调剖作用;三管并联短岩心非均质实验表明,这种新型乳液不仅能显著地降低高渗通道的分流量,具有良好的调剖效果,还具有较好的驱油效率。对新型乳液不同浓度对驱油效率的影响也进行了研究,表明聚合物弹性微球乳液是一种具有潜力的调剖驱油剂。

     

    Abstract: Aimed to poor profile-control effect due to severe heterogeneity in most oil fields, Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of CAS developed a new agent named “polymer elastic microsphere emulsion”. Three core experiments were conducted with the agent. Artificial short core experiment shows that new agent has good plugging performance and stability in porous media; and artificial long core test indicates a good viscoelasticity and tensility of the agent in porous media, which can be used for deep profile control; heterogeneous short cores test with three-tube in parallel indicates that the new agent can significantly reduce fractional flow through high permeability channel, with good profile control effect and oil displacement efficiency. Finally, different concentration effect on sweep efficiency is also studied. The polymer elastic microsphere emulsion can be recommended as a potential agent for profile control.
