  • 摘要: 川东北地区地层岩石坚硬、钻井速度极低,有针对性地进行钻头类型优选研究是提高该地区钻井速度的一项重要工作。应用地学研究与钻头选型研究相结合的方法,对该地区各地质层段的地层产状与岩性特征进行了分析,获取了钻头选型对提高钻井速度影响的认知,提出了基于地层产状与岩性特征的各地质层段钻头选型及其钻井方式的轮廓化概念设计。该项研究已得到了生产与科研单位相关人员的认可,成果已推广应用。作为范例,其研究理念及其方法将推动地学研究与钻井工艺研究相结合工作的进一步开展。

     

    Abstract: The stratum of the northeastern area in Sichuan is solid and drilling speed is extremely low. So to increase the drilling speed in the area is very important to conduct research on bit selection selectively. Using the method integrating geoscientific research with bit selection research, analysis is made on the stratigraphic-lithologic characteristics of all geological intervals in the area, the effect on bit selection and how to increase drilling speed is made clear. Based on the above, the conceptual profiled design for bit selection and drilling methods of all geological intervals is proposed on the basis of the stratigraphic-lithologic characteristics. The research in this paper has been approved by related personnel from production and research units, and the research result has been applied. The research concept and method will enable the research integrating the geoscientific research with the drilling technology research to be conducted further.
