Modeling optimal timing for refracturing and simulation software development

  • 摘要: 针对目前各油田重复压裂改造数量日益增加的趋势,在建立固液耦合最佳重复压裂时机力学模型的基础上,采用Fortran95编制了有限元模拟软件,用来描述不同位置处的应力随时间的变化,研究多因素影响下的最佳重复压裂时机。研究表明,建立的重复压裂耦合模型考虑了固体变形和流体流动2个物理过程的相互作用,与实际情况更为接近;最优重复压裂时机是由多个地层参数共同确定的,对应着等应力点距离趋于定值的时间。应用实例表明,开发的重复压裂应用软件计算精度可靠,功能齐全,针对性强。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of refracturing amount in various Oilfields, a mechanical model of optimal timing for refracturing on solid-fluid coupling was established, and a finite element simulation software was developed with Fortran95 to describe the stress variation with time at different point and study optimal timing for refracturing affected by multi-factors. Results indicate the coupling model considering interaction between two important process of solid deformation and fluid flow is closer to actual situation. The optimal timing for refracturing is determined by several formation parameters together, responding to time when distance of equal stress point approaches a certain value. Field examples show that the application software has high reliability of computation accuracy, complete function, and strong pertinency.
