套管钻井可回收井底钻具组合方案设计

  • 摘要: 套管钻井技术是将钻进和下套管合并为一个作业过程。进行可回收式钻具组合设计,就是为了钻头和井下工具在不需要进行常规起下钻作业的情况下实现更换。简要介绍了国内外钻井公司的套管钻井技术发展现状、可回收钻具组合的作用原理及部分钻具组合的设计设想,提出了井口装置、固井工具串及钻进工具串的方案设计,对部分组件进行了现场模拟试验,基本达到了设计要求。

     

    Abstract: Casing drilling means the combination of drilling with casing. The design of recoverable bottom hole assembly is to replace the drilling bit with the downhole tool when no conventional trip is conducted. In this paper, the current state of casing drilling techniques used by domestic and foreign companies is introduced. The working principle of the recoverable bottom hole assembly and the main idea of some bottom hole assemblies are discussed. It presents the scheme design of wellhead equipment, the cementing tool string, and the drilling tool string. Field simulating test is conducted on some assemblies. It is shown that the recoverable bottom hole assembly is qualified in design and it can be studied further in the future.
