强水敏油藏水平井尾管完井固井新工艺

New horizontal well liner completion andcementing technologies in water sensitive reservoirs

  • 摘要: 针对强水敏稠油油藏郑408岩体的固井难点,采用水平井尾管完井防砂筛管油层顶部注水泥、特殊附件辅助完井固井工艺。此工艺集尾管悬挂工艺、分级注水泥工艺、管外封隔器完井工艺、筛管防砂完井工艺于一体,既可以满足避免强水敏污染、保护油层,又能满足热采的要求。在胜利油田第1次成功应用,证明了使用该工艺和工具可有效开发强水敏稠油油藏,达到提高复杂油藏的开采效率的目的。

     

    Abstract: In view of the cementing difficulties existing in the Zheng-408 rock mass in the water sensitive heavy oil reservoirs, a new technology is studied and applied. It combines the liner hanger technology, the sizing cementing technology, the external cementing packer completion technology, and the screen sand control completion technology. It can not only be used to prevent water sensitive pollution and prevent oil zones, but also meet the requirement of thermal production. The technology is successfully applied to the Zheng 408-Ping 1 well in the Shengli Oilfield for the first time. The daily output of the well reaches 22.5 tons at the very beginning. Field application shows that the technology can be applied to reservoir development and can improve the production efficiency of complex reservoirs.
