套保油田降黏剂驱注入参数优选实验

Injection parameters optimization for viscosity reducer flooding in Taobao Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对套保油田储层胶结松、易出砂、隔层薄的特点,利用一维管式物理模型, 选用了3种降黏剂,以采收率作为各种驱替方式的评价手段,进行室内驱油物理模拟实验研究,确定合适的开采方式和优化的注入参数。结果表明,选用主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐A型降黏剂,最佳降黏剂质量分数为0.5%,注入速度为1.0 mL/min,注入段塞为0.5 PV,降黏剂注入方案选择加入0.25 PV降黏剂,然后加入0.25 PV水,加入0.25 PV降黏剂直至后续水驱结束。该方案具有良好的驱油效果,为同类区块降黏剂驱注入参数优选提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: As the Taobao Oilfield features in poor cementation, easy sand leak, and thin barrier, using the one dimensional tubular-type physical model, taking oil recovery as the evaluation means for oil displacement, three kinds of viscosity reducer are selected to conduct the experiment of physical simulation of oil displacement in the lab, aiming at determine suitable producing methods and optimized injection parameters. Results show that the oil displacement effect will be better if selecting the A-type viscosity reducer with the Fatty Alcohol polyoxyethylene carboxylate as the major component, of which the concentration is 0.5%, the injection rate is 1.0 mL/min, and the injection slug is 0.5 PV, injecting the 0.25 PV viscosity reducer before adding 0.25 PV water, and then adding 0.25 PV viscosity reducer again till the end of subsequent water cut.
