用高压微量热仪评价深水钻井液气体水合物抑制性

Evaluation of gas hydrate inhibition in deep water drilling fluid basedon high pressure microcalorimetery

  • 摘要: 评价水合物生成的传统方法一般存在需要大型设备、实验周期长、精确性差等问题,为此建立了一种评价深水钻井液气体水合物抑制性的新方法——DSC技术。在了解气体水合物生成环境、对深水钻井的危害及传统评价方法的基础上,利用高压微量热仪的特点,研究了甲烷气体在不同液体介质中生成气体水合物的规律,建立了钻井液气体水合物抑制性评价方法,给出了用DSC技术评价盐水和深水钻井液气体水合物抑制性实例。研究表明,用高压微量热仪测试钻井液水合物抑制性的方法快捷、方便、准确,测试结果与传统方法吻合,深水水基钻井液体系具有较好的水合物抑制性能。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem that the conventional PVT techniques in the evaluation of hydrate formation demand for large equipment and feature in long experimental period and poor precision, a new DSC technique evaluating the gas hydrate inhibition in deep water drilling fluid is developed. Based on understanding the gas hydrate formation environment, the damage to the deep water drilling and the conventional evaluating methods, utilizing the functions of the high pressure microcalorimeter, the rule of gas hydrate generated from methane in different liquid medium is studied. The evaluating method of the gas hydrate inhibition is established. Finally the case study of the DSC technique used to evaluate the gas hydrate inhibition of saline and deep water drilling fluid is given. Research shows that the drilling fluid hydrate inhibition can be measured quickly, conveniently and exactly by using the high pressure microcalorimeter. The measuring results are the same with that of the traditional one. The deep water-base drilling fluid system evaluated has good hydrate inhibition.
