Effect analysis of new wells development in Chongxi gas reservoirand a discussion on solutions

  • 摘要: 针对川中充西须四段气藏西新气井72、73X及西74井在开发过程中产水严重的问题,通过分析气藏地质特征、开采现状、气井无水采气期及气水同产期的产气特征,应用Dupuit 临界产量模型,获取了井筒不积液的优化产量, 由此制定出产水气井合理工作制度,以尽量延长无水采气期。应用Mishra和Caudle提出的砂岩地层的产能方程,结合扁平液滴模型,计算气水同产期气井不同井口压力条件下的携液临界流量, 利用携液临界流量同节点分析法,确保实际产气量大于携液临界流量,以便充分利用地层能量带出液体。实例分析结果表明:该方法对气井开发效果分析精度高,计算方便快捷,实用性强,可以推广到类似气井开发。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of serious water production during the development of new gas wells 72, 73X, and Xi74 west of the reservoir of Xu4 member in Chongxi gas field of central Sichuan, the geological characteristics, the current situation of production, the gas producing characteristics in the water-free gas production period and the simultaneous production period of gas and water, are analyzed. The Dupuit critical production model is applied to obtain the optimized production without effusion in borehole. Therefore, a rational working system for gas wells producing water is worked out to prolong the water-free gas production period. The productivity equation of sandstone formations proposed by Mishra and Caudle is applied. Combined with the flat drop model, the critical liquid carrying flow rate under different wellhead pressure is calculated. The critical liquid carrying flow rate and the node analysis method are used to ensure the actual gas production is more than the critical liquid carrying flow rate. This is favorable for producing fluid by fully utilizing the formation energy. Case study shows that the method features in high accuracy for the effect analysis of gas wells development, convenient calculation, and good practicality. It can also be applied to the development of similar gas wells. 
