Abstract:
In order to study the action mechanism of water isolation tube and cement slurry, cement slurry and submarine soil, series simulation tests are done in Bohai Bay beachside in Tanggu of Tianjin. According to test results, the rule varying with time of the force fixing the loope between water isolation tube and cement slurry and the consolidating strength between cement slurry and submarine soil layer as well. In construction of offshore riser burrowing into method, the driving depth determination of riser is greatly related with submarine soil properties and cement slurry consolidation quality. Riser drilling construction usually drills with sea water, after cementing the outside of riser has direct contact with cement slurry, while cement slurry has direct contact with submarine soil layer. It concludes that catastrophe point of cement ring strength occurs in 48 h time segment after cement slurry drilling in by simulation test. The research result can provide scientific basis for offshore cementing operation construction of riser drilling and driving depth determination of drilling riser.
