Completion technique of slim hole sidetracking for horizontal well Z3034

  • 摘要: 为提高老井单井产量,加快治理?146 mm 的套损井,决定利用扩孔工具,扩大完井井眼直径,增大水泥环厚度,延长油井使用寿命。分别从完井方式、完井液及井眼扩孔3 个方面对Z3034 井完井进行了优化设计,详细介绍了该井的扩眼及完井管柱下井的施工过程。该井的顺利完井为热德拜油田后续治理小井眼套损井、实施小井眼侧钻提供了一条切实可行的途径。Z3034 井自侧钻投产以来产量比较稳定,平均5 t/d,是侧钻前产量的5 倍。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve mature single well production and speed up the curing process of casing damaged wells with casing diameter of ?146 mm, it is decided to use the reaming tool to increase the diameter of completed wells, and to increase cement sheath thickness, furthermore, to improve well service life. In this paper, the completion of Well Z3034 is designed and optimized from three aspects, completion method, completion fluid and borehole reaming. The working process of reaming and completion string tripping are introduced in detail, the success of the well completion provides a feasible way for subsequent treatment of slim-hole casing damaged wells in Redbai oil field and conducting of slim-hole sidetracking. The production of Well Z3034 has been relatively stable since the start of production, with the average rate of 5t/d, and it is 5 times of the non-sidetrack case.
