频率可调式脉冲钻井提速工具的研制和应用

Research and application of frequency adjustable pulse jet generating tool to improve ROP

  • 摘要: 苏里格西区致密气藏居高不下的钻井成本与难以提高的钻井速度严重制约了长庆对苏里格气田整体开发的部署。针对苏西地区中深井下部地层钻井机械钻速低的难题,研制了频率可调式脉冲钻井提速工具。该工具通过涡轮带动的阀组将连续流动的钻井液转换成脉冲流动,改善井底流场,增强射流冲击力,以最大限度地提高水力破岩效率与井底净化能力,达到提高机械钻速的目的。实验与现场应用结果表明:研制的工具入井工作时间超过120 h,能提高机械钻速20% 以上,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Improving ROP is a long-term problem for tight gas reservoir drilling. Sulige gas field development plan is restricted significantly by the high cost of drilling and the difficulty of improving ROP for tight gas reservoirs in west Sulige gas field. The frequency adjustable pulse jet generating tool is been developed to improve ROP of drilling the substratum of middle-deep wells in west Sulige gas field. The tool converts the continuous flow of drilling fluid into pulse jet flow through the control valve which is driven by some turbine, to improve downhole flowing field and enhance breaking force of jet, so it can improve hydraulic rock breaking efficiency and downhole cleaning ability furthest. The indoor experiment and field test results show that the tool can work for more than 120 hours, and improve ROP by more than 20%. So, the frequency adjustable pulse jet generating tool, as a technique that can improve ROP effectively in substratum middle-deep well, has extensive application potential in Changqing tight gas field.
