低流压、低液量气井井底积液排液工艺

Bottom hole liquid loading and unloading technique of low flow pressure and low-liquid gas well

  • 摘要: 针对深层气井和中浅层气井的井底积液问题并结合井况特点,介绍了两种低流压、低液量气井排液工艺。对于深井,通过从普通油管与连续油管环空定期注入压缩氮气,从而将井底积液从连续油管内举升出来;而中浅层气井为了降低成本,采用水力喷射泵将井底积液举升到地面。与其他举升工艺相比,该工艺能够更有效地减少液柱对产层的压力,因此即使产层压力很低时,产层气体也能够顺利进入井筒,较好地解决了其他排液工艺因井底低流压导致的停产问题,从而大大提高了储层的有效开采时间。

     

    Abstract: According to the bottom hole liquid loading problems of deep gas well and middle-shallow gas well and characteristics of well condition, two liquid unloading techniques of low flow pressure and low liquid loading gas wells are introduced in this paper. For deep well, the compressed nitrogen is injected regularly through the annular space of ordinary tubing and coiled tubing, thus lifting the liquid from coiled tubing. For middle-shallow gas well, the liquid is pumped to the ground through hydraulic jet pump to reduce the costs. Compared with other lifting techniques, this technique can more effectively reduce the pressure of liquid column on the producing formation. Even when the pressure of producing formation is low, the gas in the producing formation can flow into the well bore smoothly. Thus, the problems of stop production in other liquid unloading techniques when the pressure of bottom hole flow pressure is low are solved properly to increase the effective production period of reservoir bed.
