滑套式安全接头的设计与研制  

Design and development of sliding sleeve safety joint

  • 摘要: 安全接头的种类繁多,结构各异,其实施丢手作业方式多为旋转管柱。随着水平井、大斜度井以及联作作业管串的逐步增加,以旋转管柱的方式实施丢手的安全接头,由于井身结构及施工管串的技术限定,致使安全接头丢手可靠性低,甚至无法实现丢手作业。为此,设计研制了滑套式安全接头,该安全接头只需投球憋压即可实现实施丢手作业。从根本上杜绝了管串丢手时无法实施的拉、压、扭作业,功能及性能上满足各种复杂作业需求。滑套式安全接头结构设计简单合理,可操作性强,应用范围广泛。室内实验及现场应用证实了滑套式安全接头的性能稳定性及操作的可靠性,可进一步推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Safety joints are various in kind and different in structure, and rotating strings are mainly taken for the releasing operation. With the increase of horizontal well, high deviated well and combined strings, the complex wellbore structure and technical limitation of working string leads to low reliability and even failure of safety joint releasing operation. Therefore, sliding sleeve safety joint was designed and generated, and it can finish releasing operation by ball dropping and pressure building. The new method avoided the operations of dragging, pressing, and wrenching of string releasing, and fulfilled various complex operations from function and property points of view. The sliding sleeve safety joint has simple and appropriate structure design, with strong operability, and wide application region. The indoor and field tests proved the property stability and operational reliability of the sliding sleeve safety joint, so it could be applied further.
