连续油管带压冲砂洗井技术在注水井中的应用    

Application of coiled tubing pressure sand washing technology in injectors

  • 摘要: 华北油田部分油藏注水井注水压力高、出砂严重,导致注水井频繁出现砂埋、套变,严重制约了油田注水开发。为解决常规和带压冲砂作业风险高、效果差、周期长的难题,提出了在带压注水井中利用连续油管实施冲砂洗井;通过在京11、岔河集等油田58口井现场作业表明,该工艺冲砂工序简单,施工周期短;对长期砂埋停注待大修井的恢复作用较好,可减少作业队伍占用。该技术为砂埋停注待大修的注水井重新恢复正常注水提供了一种新途径,具有极为重要的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: The injectors in part of Huabei oilfield reservoirs have high injection pressure, and severe sanding problem, leading to frequent sand burying and casing deformation, which affects severely water injection development of the field. To fix the difficulties of high risk, poor effect, and long cycle about conventional and pressure sand washing operations, it was proposed to take use of coiled tubing to conduct the sand washing work. The applications on 58 wells in Jing 11 and Chaheji fields showed that the technology had simple procedure and short operation cycle. It had good recovery effect for long-term sand buried injectors and could decrease man power occupation. The technology supplies a novel method of recovering water injection for sand buried injectors, and it has great promotion value.
