水平裸眼井打捞钻柱优化研究与应用

Fishing string optimization study and application for openhole horizontal wells

  • 摘要: 打捞水平井裸眼段落鱼管柱是一项高难度高风险作业。水平段摩阻大,扭矩传递困难,震击、倒扣、套铣等常规打捞钻柱组合难以实现预期效果。针对以上问题,结合裸眼段地层岩性,在增加有效钻压、降低井筒摩阻、倒置震击器组合、优选打捞及套铣工具等多方面进行了研究,对常规打捞钻柱进行了优化。NB35-2-B29hst1井打捞实践证实,优化后的钻柱组合大大提高了水平裸眼井打捞实效,降低了作业风险,可为同类井打捞作业提供有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Fishing work in horizontal wells is a high difficult and high risky operation. The horizontal section has large friction resistance and difficult torque transmission, so the conventional fishing string assembly of jarring, back off, and casing milling is hard to obtain expected results. According the problem above, combined with the lithology of openhole section, some aspects are studied, such as increasing effective drilling pressure, decreasing wellbore friction resistance, revering jarring assembly, and operimizing fishing and milling tools, resulting in optimization of the conventional fishing string. The fishing operation on Well NB35-2-B29hst1 proved that the optimized fishing string increased sharply the fishing efficiency of openhole horizontal wells and decreased operation risk, which could be a reference for fishing operations on similar wells.
