苏59区块出水气井排采措施优选新方法   

New method of gas recovery by water drainage measure optimization for water bearing gas wells in Su-59 block of Sulige Gas Field

  • 摘要: 苏59区块主力气层含气砂体分布孤立、含气饱和度差、地层压力系数低、气井产能差异大,这给该区块出水气井排采措施的合理选择带来极大的困难。通过对4种不同气井产能递减规律进行对比分析,优选出误差最小的Arps产量递减规律分析模型对苏59区块气井进行模拟计算,并提出反映单井控制含气面积、地层压力、储层物性的气井综合产能指数概念。根据气井综合产能指数,结合地层压力及实例井措施效果统计分析,制定出了适合苏59区块出水气井排采措施优选的新方法。该方法考虑因素全面、密切结合现场,为苏59及类似区块出水气井排水采气措施的优选制定提出了新思路和新方法,具有较强的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The main gas formations of Su-59 block have the characteristics of isolated distribution of gas-bearing sandstones, low gas saturation, low formation pressure coefficient and great difference of gas well productivity, which brings great difficulties for the optimization of measures of gas recovery by water drainage for water bearing gas wells. Through comparative analysis, the Arps gas production decline analysis model was chosen to analyze most of the gas wells in Su-59 block, and the QGD, integrated gas well production capacity index, was put forward, which reflects the single well controlled gas-bearing area, formation pressure and reservoir properties. According to the QGD, formation pressure and the statistical analysis of implementing wells, a new method of determining implementing measures for Su-59 block is formed. The new method concerns not only the effect of gas production and water production to the measures of drainage gas recovery, but also the effect of single well controlled gas-bearing area, formation pressure and reservoir properties. It will be great significance for the gas wells in Su-59 block or similar blocks to determine measures of gas recovery by water drainage with the new method.
