Study and application of plastic expansion anti-channeling slurry system

  • 摘要: 川西高压低渗水平井需压裂完井后投产,对固井水泥浆性能提出了更高的要求。结合川西水平井固井技术需求,通过室内实验优选了膨胀剂、防气窜剂、稳定剂和增塑剂,确定了塑性膨胀防气窜水泥浆体系配方。室内评价结果表明,该体系具有API失水小于30 mL、自由液0 mL、SPN值小于3等性能。XS21-3H等多口水平井油层固井中的成功应用表明,该体系可以满足后期分段压裂投产施工要求。

     

    Abstract: The horizontal wells with high pressure and low permeability need fracturing operation before being on production in West Sichuan, which puts forward higher requirements on the performance of cement slurry. The expansive agent, anti-channeling agent, stabilizer and plasticizer have been optimized and selected through indoor experiment, and a plastic expansion anti-channeling cement slurry system has been formed. The results of the laboratory show that the system has some features like API fluid loss less than 30mL, free liquid equal to 0mL, and SPN value less than 3. It has been successfully used in oil zone cementing on many horizontal wells such as XS21-3H, and satisfies the later staged fracturing production requirements.
