空心杆不压产热洗清蜡技术  

Thermal wax cleaning technology of the hollow rod without cutting production

  • 摘要: 针对部分高渗、低压油层,常规洗井后侵入地层污水量较多,含水恢复期较长的问题,应用空心杆不压产热洗清蜡技术,通过完善洗井单流阀,优选配套洗井设备,优化热洗参数,将空心抽油杆及配套洗井单流阀下入结蜡井段以下,洗井时热水通过杆管表面上的热传导,加热融化杆管上结的蜡并被产出液带出井筒进站,完成油井的清蜡维护。该技术用时短,耗水少,油井没有含水恢复期,不污染地层,是一种高效节能的新工艺。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the high permeability or low pressure oil layers in Huabei oilfield, conventional well washing will cause more effluent invading stratum, and it will take a long time for water content rate back to normal value. In view of the above problems, hot wax cleaning technology of the hollow rod without cutting production was applied. After the improving of well washing check valve, selecting the matching washing equipment, optimizing hot washing parameters, the hollow sucker rod and matched well washing check valve were put down into the paraffin section below. The heat well washing water through the rod surface to heat and melt rod pipe junction wax. The wax is transported to the measuring station with the output liquid, and then wax cleaning is finished to maintain the oil wells. This technology of short time, less water consumption, no water recovery period and no pollution formation, is a new process of high efficiency and energy saving.
