柔性复合油管注水管柱的设计与试验  

Designing and experiment of flexible composite water injection string

  • 摘要: 油田采出水中含有大量的硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌、铁细菌等,其腐蚀性强,引起采出水回注井井筒注水管柱严重腐蚀,在满足现有注水管柱工作参数条件下,通过改变注水管柱材质、结构的方法,设计出一种抗腐蚀性能强的柔性复合油管。进行了油管强度校核、室内性能评价实验、注水管柱组合设计和现场试验研究。试验表明:柔性复合油管在现有注水工作参数条件下,使用寿命可达15 a以上,达到了钢质油管寿命的3倍以上,为油田注水井井筒防腐提供了一种新方法。

     

    Abstract: there are lots of sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), saprophytic bacteria and iron bacteria in oil field produced water which is highly corrosive substances. So the corrosion in produced water injection well is severe. Under the conditions of meeting the existing water injection well string working parameters, the anti-corrosion flexible composite injection string was developed by changing the material and structure of water injection well string. The pipe strength check, indoor performance evaluation experimental, injection string combination design and field application study were done to test the flexible composite pipe behavior. The results showed that the flexible composite pipe can be used for more than15 years in existing water injection working conditions, which is more than three times of steel tubing life. Successfully application means a breakthrough and supplies a new method for corrosion resistance of injection well string.
