Research on surfactant flooding technology in Block Ming 15 Zhongyuan oilfield

  • 摘要: ZY-M1505驱油表面活性剂是一种针对明15块研究的阴—非离子两性表面活性剂。室内评价了ZY-M1505驱油表面活性剂的浓度与界面张力关系、热稳定性能、驱油性能,并进行了矿场试验。实验结果表明,在明15块地层条件下,注入水、地层水表面活性剂液均可以达到超低界面张力,并具有长期的热稳定性和一定的驱油能力。矿场试验结果表明,表面活性剂驱提高了洗油效率,试验区块开发状态得到改善,区块递减明显减小,增油效果明显。

     

    Abstract: ZY-M1505 is a negative- nonionic amphoteric surfactant aimed at Block Ming 15 Zhongyuan oilfield flooding. Relationship between surfactant concentration and interfacial tension, thermal stability and oil flooding performance of ZY-M1505 flooding surfactant were evaluated in laboratory and then field test was conducted. Experimental results show that under the formation conditions of Block Ming15, the injection water, formation water and surfactant solutions all can achieved to ultra-low interfacial tension, and have long-term thermal stability and a certain ability of oil displacement. Field test results show that the surfactant flooding enhances the efficiency of oil washing, and improve the test block development state. Production decreasing of this block was significantly reduced, and increasing oil effect is obvious.
