“三高”油气井溢流监测方法研究.

  • 摘要: 井喷是钻井过程中最为严重的钻井事故,溢流是井喷的先兆,优化溢流监测方法,提高监测的实时性和可靠性,对实现安全、高效、经济钻井具有重要意义。分析了溢流发生的原因及其表现形式,根据所采用的参数和监测形式的不同将现有的溢流监测方法总结为6类,对这6类监测方法的优缺点、适用性以及所涉及到的数据处理方法作了深入剖析比较。在此基础上,提出了一套基于随钻压力测量、微流量监测与综合录井参数的溢流先兆在线监测与预警系统。最后对控压钻井技术、随钻测井技术和随钻压力测量技术在溢流监测方面的应用和发展趋势做了展望,并指出了限制溢流监测的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: Blowout is the most serious accident during drilling process. Kicking is the forerunner of blowout, hence it is significant to optimize kick detection method and to improve the monitoring instantaneity and reliability for realizing safe, efficient and economic drilling. The paper analyzed the causes and signs of kicking, and classified the existing kick detection methods into six categories according to the differences of detecting parameters and forms. And it made deep analysis and comparisons about the advantages and disadvantages, applications suitability and relative algorithms of the methods. Based on the above it proposed an online monitoring and warning system for kick forerunning based on PWD, micro-flux detection and comprehensive logging parameters. At last, the prospect was described on the application and development of MPD, LWD, PWD in kick detection field, and the main factors restricting kick detection were pointed out.
