苏里格气田分层压裂段固井水泥浆体系的研究与应用

Study and application of cementation slurry in Suligegas field separate layer fracturing well section

  • 摘要: 针对苏里格气田部分井压裂施工过程中出现的天然气窜槽问题,通过实验优选出性能良好的胶乳与外加剂,研发出防气窜高强度水泥浆体系。室内评价结果表明,该体系在不同温度下游离液低、流变性能好,水泥石抗折强度较常规水泥石提高了10%左右,48 h最大抗压强度29.5 MPa。现场试验3口井,储层段第一界面优质率100%,第二界面优质率大于94%,压裂施工中压力正常,未出现环空窜流,满足了苏里格气田分层压裂对环空水泥石完整性的要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of gas channeling in the course of fracture construction in Sulige Gas Field, a gas channeling prevention and high strength cementation slurry has been researched to the enterprise by experiment optimized latex and cement additives. Experiment in lab shows that the slurry has low free fluid and good rheological property, the flexural strength increased about ten percents, the maximum compressive strength reach 29.5 MPa in 48 hours, It has passed through 3 wells test, the first interface merit factor of one hundred percent and the second interface merit factor more than 94%.The construction pressure is normal, gas channeling is not appeared, meet the stratification of Changqing gas field fracturing of annular cement stone integrity requirements.
