Application of continuous sealing core drilling technique on Well Niuye 1

  • 摘要: 要求牛页1井进行长段连续密闭取心,取心井段为沙三下至沙四下,取心进尺225 m,取心难度较大。通过优选密闭取心工具、取心钻头,筛选取心密闭液,优化钻井参数,取得了收获率90.46%的应用效果。连续密闭取心技术在牛页1井的成功应用,对于准确了解牛庄—六户洼陷牛页1井区沙三下、沙三下3小层—沙四上纯上亚段泥页岩储集性能及含油情况起到了重要作用,为同类型油层连续密闭取心提供了借鉴,为下一步非常规井的部署奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: In the development design for Well Niuye 1, it is required to conduct long-section continuous sealing core drilling. The coring formations are lower Sha-3 and lower Sha-4, and the coring footage is 225 m, so the coring difficulty is great. Through selecting sealing coring tool, coring bit, screening proper coring fluid, and optimizing drilling parameters, the yield of 90.46% is obtained. The success application of continuous sealing core drilling technique on Well Niuye 1 plays an important role in getting aware of the reservoir characteristics and oil saturation of Niuye 1 Zone in Niuzhuang-Liuhu Depression. It supplies reference for conducting continuous sealing core drilling in the same kind of formation.
