温固树脂加固井壁防砂技术在洼38-15-13c 井上的应用

  • 摘要: 小洼油田洼38-15-13c 井因区块地层松散,原油黏度高以及注入蒸汽开采等原因出砂严重,经过一次机械防砂以及多次高温树脂人工井壁防砂措施后出砂问题仍未得到解决,后采用温固树脂加固井壁防砂技术,利用温固树脂温度固化特性克服了常规酸液固化有效期短、耐温性能差等缺点,成功解决了该井出砂问题。通过现场实施及后期生产效果跟踪评价,该项技术具有防砂效果好、施工简单、作业风险小以及成本低等特点,为小洼油田稠油热采井防砂开辟了一条有效途径。

     

    Abstract: As the local block layer of small hollow oilfield hollow 38-15-13c well is unconsolidated, the viscosity of crude oil is high, the well is drilled by steam injection etc., the sand flowing has been serious, through having once prevented sand mechanically and taking measures against sand flowing by artificial well wall made out of high temperature resin, the problem of sand flowing has not yet fixed. After the technology of strengthening well wall by thermal solid resin against sand was applied, we take advantage of the characteristics of the temperature solidarity from thermal solid resin, to overcome the shortness of effective period of the conventional acid solidarity, poor performance in temperature resistance, etc., the sand flowing has been stopped. Through on-site implementation and the tracking evaluation of post-production effectiveness, the technology has developed an efficient way to prevent sand for heavyoil thermal well in small hollow oilfield due to its advantages, such as good quality of sand-proof, simpleness in construction, lowness of operation risk and low cost, etc..
