Application of two-phase gas-liquid flow theory in well control of high temperature and pressure gas wells in Yingge Sea Basin

  • 摘要: 我国南海莺歌海盆地是世界海上三大高温高压地区之一,在该区域地层钻井实践中,面临地温梯度高、压力系数高、压力窗口窄等技术难题,特别是当地层压力预测不准、预测偏低时,若控制不及时或处理不当,极易导致井喷、井漏、又喷又漏等恶性事故发生,对储层、钻井装置和人的生命安全都构成了巨大的威胁。因此,做好井控工作成为高温高压气井钻探成功与否的关键。通过对气侵期间环空气液两相流动理论的分析认识,得出理论成果,并应用于多口高温高压气井钻井的井控实践中,使得这些高温高压气井钻井作业安全顺利完成,为该地区后续井安全井控工作提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Yinggehai Basin in South China Sea is one of the three high temperature and pressure maritime regions in the world.During the drilling practice of deep layer in the region, the contractors are confronted with technical difficulties, such as high geothermal gradient, high pressure coefficient, narrow pressure window, etc., especially when the pressure in the strata was not predicted accurately and was predicted lower, also when the control is not timely, the deal did not handle properly, it can easily lead to malignant accidents, such as blowout, well leakage, even either blowout or leakage, etc., these cause huge threat to reservoir, drilling device and the safety of human lives. Therefore, dealing well with the control work is the key which decides wether the high temperature and pressure well successes,. Via analysis and understanding of annulus gas-liquid flow theory in gas invasion duration, we got the theoretical results, and with high temperature and pressure operate safely and complete smoothly, all these works provide a reference to safety control of subsequent wells in this region
