自激振荡式旋转冲击钻井工具在大港板深19-64井的应用

Application of self-exicited oscillation drilling tools on Well Banshen19-64 in Dagang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 自激振荡式旋转冲击钻井工具利用水力振荡元件产生的周期性机械冲击,通过钻头作用于岩石,使岩石的破坏强度相对降低,同时产生的水力脉动作用于井底,改善了井底岩石的受力状况,提高了岩屑的净化效果,从而有效提高了钻头的破岩效率。自激振荡式旋转冲击钻井工具采用优化的水力结构和高耐磨材料,性能可靠,对钻头和钻具结构没有特殊要求。板深19-64井使用JB-ZJXC-178型自激振荡式旋转冲击钻井工具钻进747 m,平均机械钻速9.05 m/h,比本井同地层马达钻具机械钻速提高90.12%,提速效果明显。

     

    Abstract: Self-exicited oscillation rotarypercussion drilling tool is developed, integrating the two kinds of technologies of pulse drilling and percussion vibration drilling. The periodic mechanical shock from the hydraulic oscillation element of the tool is loaded on rock through the bit, to reduce the rock breaking strength, while the hydraulic pulsation force against bottom-hole helps to improve the stress state of rock and purification of debris, so as to effectively improve rock breaking efficiency of the bit. Because of the optimization of hydraulic structure and the high wear-resistance materials, the tool shows reliable performance and has no special requirements on bit and drilling assemble structure. The run length of the tool named JB-ZJXC-178 is 747 meters on Well Banshen19-64, and the average penetration rate is 9.05 m/h, which is 90.12% higher than mator drilling in the same formation on the same well, so the penetration rate increasing effect is obvious.
