Evaluation on pumping wells system efficiency and field application of optimization technology

  • 摘要: 系统效率是评价抽油机井系统能耗状况的重要参数。为了评价油井极限系统效率与目前水平的差异,探索系统效率潜力状况,提高抽油机井系统效率,通过综合考虑油井产出液物性、供液能力、系统设备及参数组合,提出了利用系统效率潜力评价与以参数敏感性分析为基础的仿真优化设计技术相结合,筛选潜力井并制定油井优化设计方案、付诸现场实施的应用模式。该技术在华北油田进行了2 616口井的现场应用,通过对油井进行系统效率潜力分析确定优化对象、再进行参数敏感性分析确定优化方向、进行优化设计,现场实施后取得了较好效果。

     

    Abstract: System efficiency is an important parameter for evaluating the energy consumption of pumping well system. In order to evaluate the gap between the limiting system efficiency of oil well and current level, to explore the potential system efficiency and to improve pumping well system efficiency, this paper puts forward the application mode that combines potential evaluation of system efficiency and simulation optimization design technology based on parameter sensitivity to pick out potential wells and develop optimized well design scheme before putting it into field application through comprehensive consideration about the produced fluid property, fluid supply capacity, system equipment and parameter combination. This technology has been applied in 2 616 wells in Huabei oil field, where the optimization object is identified by analyzing system efficiency potential of wells and the optimization direction is determined on basis of parameter sensitivity analysis, achieving ideal measure effect proved by field application of optimization design.
