大修井底部充填完井技术研究与应用  

Workover well bottom filling and completion technology

  • 摘要: 传统砾石充填由于采用自上而下的充填方式,难以对每个油层进行有效充填,为此,开发了大修井底部充填完井技术。通过研制大通径悬挂器,开发底部充填施工工具,采用由下而上的机械充填防砂方式,提高了对每个层位的充填效果;同时这项技术也弥补了普通大修后筛管完井不能进行砾石充填所带来的不足。该技术为大修后的筛管完井以及水平井完井提供了一种非常有效的防砂手段,大大提高了油气井采收率,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Not all the oil layers can be effectively filled with traditional top-down sand filling mode. Therefore, workover well bottom filling and completion technology is developed. The filling effect of each layer is enhanced by adopting top-down mechanical filling sand control method through developing large-bore hanger and bottom filling tools; meanwhile, the technology makes up for some shortages that sand filling can not be carried out in screen pipe completion after ordinary workover.The technology provides a very effective sand control method, enhancing recovery ratio of oil-gas wells greatly, so it has a broad application prospect.
