水力喷射压裂技术在3层套管井中的应用

  • 摘要: 阐述了在目的层段存在3层套管且未射孔的油气井中实施水力喷射压裂的应用情况。根据目的井位的井身结构,优选了井下工具组合,制订了详细的水力参数及施工工艺并进行了现场施工。结果表明,喷砂射孔打开3层套管后,顺利加入43 m3支撑剂,达到了预期目的。该技术可为多层套管完井的油气井增产改造提供新的技术途径,并可为在此类特殊井身结构的油气井中开展水力喷射压裂技术提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the application of hydra-jet fracturing technology used in a well with three layers casings at the target interval but without perforation. According to the geologic information and its special well-structure, the authors optimized the down-hole tools assembly and worked out the detailed hydraulic parameters and operation process. The implementation results showed that the three layers casing was penetrated and 43 m3 proppants were delivered into fractures smoothly. There is no literature publishing about this technology applied in such structure wells. The research in this paper will be able to provide a new approach and detailed references to stimulate such wells as with multi-layer casings.
