  • 摘要: 针对国内面临的浮箍浮鞋钻除困难的问题及当前对钻井提速的迫切需求,研制了新型易钻浮箍浮鞋。通过开发高分子材料回压阀及采用早强微膨胀抗渗混凝土填充,极大提高了浮箍浮鞋的可钻性和可靠性。易钻浮箍浮鞋在完成地面性能实验评价后进行了工业化推广应用,取得了良好的应用效果,验证了该型浮箍浮鞋的安全可靠性及优良的可钻除性能。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:As an important indicator for the performance of the float collars and the float shoes, Drillability affects the cycle time and cost of drilling operations directly, as a result, impact on the rate of penetration of the drilling machine. In order to solve the drillability difficulties domestically, and to satisfy the urgent needs for the drilling speed improving, a set of novel easily drilled float collar and float shoe were developed. By developing the back-pressure valve with high molecular polymer material and the early-strength concrete with micro-expansion, the drillability and reliability of the float collar and float shoe were greatly improved. The easily drilled float collar and float shoe were applied in fields at home and abroad after ground performance testing, which fully verified the safety and reliability as well as the excellent drillablility performance.te
