子长油田煤炭采空区定向井钻井技术

Directional drilling technology optimization in the coal exhausted area of Zichang field

  • 摘要: 摘要:煤炭采空区影响了油井钻井速度,增加了钻井成本,钻井工艺技术亟待优化。通过反复试验,采用?222.2 mm小钻头钻穿两层采空区,二开后由原来的旋转钻具组合改为动力钻具组合,并钻达井底,钻穿两层采空区的时间由原来的2~3 d缩短至1 d;下表层套管固井后,二开钻进时由原来的每口井漏失减少至个别井漏失,平均建井周期由初期的23 d左右缩短至7~8 d,较好地解决了煤炭采空区的石油资源开发问题。优化后的钻井工艺,从现场施工和经济效益方面均可行,也为今后在资源重叠区实现多种矿产资源共同开发提供了一条新思路。

     

    Abstract: The directional drilling technology has an urgent need for optimization because the oil well drilling speed has been affected and the cost of drilling has been increased in the coal exhausted area. Being tried repeatedly in practice, the way using the small drill bit with diameter of 222.2mm to drill through the two layers of the coal exhausted area and using dynamical drilling tool assembly to replace the rotary drilling tool assembly after second section to drill to the bottom of the well, decreases the period of drilling through the two layers of the coal exhausted area from 2-3 days to 1 day. After running surface casing cementing, the problem of every well leakage is improved to some wells leakage in the process of drilling in second section, and the average well drilling cycle is shortened to 7-8 days from the initial 23 days, which is a better solution to the problem of the development of oil resources in the coal exhausted area. The optimized drilling technology is both feasible in field operation and economical benefit, and provides a new way in jointly developing a variety of mineral resources in resource overlapped areas in the future.
