JDY341X-110大斜度井注水封隔器的研制和应用

摘要: 为了解决南堡油田大斜度注水井在分注作业过程中封隔器起下困难及坐封、洗井过程中封隔器胶筒受力不均、蠕动变形严重的问题,对传统 Y341注水封隔器的结构进行了改进,采用抗高温高压密封元件,使封隔器更能满足斜井的工作条件和工作要求,并具备了重复坐封的能力。室内试验和现场试验表明,该封隔器可以满足大斜度井上高温高压注水要求,可在井斜在 50° ~70°的斜井上实现偏心定量分注。
