Development and application of injection well packer for in highly deviated well JD341X-110 ()

  • 摘要: 为了解决南堡油田大斜度注水井在分注作业过程中封隔器起下困难及坐封、洗井过程中封隔器胶筒受力不均、蠕动变形严重的问题,对传统 Y341注水封隔器的结构进行了改进,采用抗高温高压密封元件,使封隔器更能满足斜井的工作条件和工作要求,并具备了重复坐封的能力。室内试验和现场试验表明,该封隔器可以满足大斜度井上高温高压注水要求,可在井斜在 50° ~70°的斜井上实现偏心定量分注。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems that it is difficult to load and remove packer during separated injection process and uneven force and creep deformations on rubber tube of packer in setting sealing and well washing process in highly deviated injection wells in Nanpu oilfield. By analyzing and improving the structure of conventional injection packer Y341, adopting the high temperature and high pressure resistant seal components, the improved packer could better meet the work conditions and work requirements of deviated wells and is capable of repeating setting seal. The experiments of laboratory and field showed that the packer could satisfy the demand of high temperature and high pressure injection in highly deviated wells and could realize eccentric quantitative separated injection in extended reach wells with deviation angle between 50 and 70 degree.
