小井眼筛管悬挂器的研制与应用

  • 摘要: 为增大防砂结构内通径尺寸,实现?101.6 mm套管出砂小井眼油气井机械防砂,研制了小井眼专用筛管悬挂器,采用坐封、丢手动力装置与悬挂装置分开的独立设计,使悬挂器丢手后内通径为56 mm,突破了传统卡瓦式封隔器最大通径36 mm的设计极限。试验表明,该悬挂器使用方便,地面投球打压即可完成坐封、丢手,能实现悬挂器内冲砂,可配合筛管实现小井眼机械防砂工艺和小井眼复合防砂工艺,为解决小井眼出砂治理难题提供了一种新思路,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In order to increase the inner diameter of the sand control device and realize mechanical sand control in oil gas wells with the casing of ?101.6 mm, a special sieve tube hanger used in slim hole is developed. By separately designing block letter, lost hand power device and hanger implement, the inner diameter of hanger after lost hand is up to 56 mm which is a breakthrough in designing traditional slip packer with limit diameter of ?36 mm. Ground test and field application show that the hanger is easy using, and can immediately finish set sealing and lost hand by putting steel ball and increasing the pressure on the ground. By constructing the hanger washed sand measure in the hanger, mechanical sand control technology and slim hole compound sand control process can be realized in slim hole companying with screen. The success provides a new measure to solve sand problem in slim hole and has broad application prospects in the future.
